We like to think gelato as Ice Cream’s Italian cousin. But Creamier, Smoother and Bursting with Flavor.

Less Fat - Authentic gelato is made with more milk and less cream than ice cream, so it has less fat.
Deliciously Dense - Gelato is churned more slowly, so it incorporates less air. Less air = More flavor.
Warmer Serving Temp - Gelato is served at a warmer temperature than ice cream, so No Brain Freeze!
With less fat, less air and a warmer serving temperature, the result is smoother on the tongue with a super intense flavor.
